BIRTH DOULA SERVICES: {fees for 2025}

Holistic Birth Support  *first time birthers and anyone planning a VBAC*

-2195 with 595 due at contract signing and the remainder due by 37 weeks.

This includes:

  • Interview
  • support via email & phone from moment of hiring
  • access to my lending library
  • 4 in-home prenatal info sessions:
  • Pregnancy gift from New Mama Columbus
  • Help with birth plan
  • Back-up doula
  • Constant on-call support from 37 weeks on
  • Continuous support during labor & birth.
  • Labor + Birth Photography – up to 100 photos
  • Postpartum check-in by phone 24 hrs postpartum & 72 hours postpartum
  • Breastfeeding check in day 3-5 post birth
  • A postpartum visit approx 7-10 days post birth
  • Postpartum Care package  gift from New Mama Columbus
  • Weekly, 1-1.5 hr postnatal visits as First Month Postpartum Doula Support
  • {prenatal and postpartum photos are always an option to add on}

Standard Birth Support  *people who have birthed before without doula support or with another doula*

-1895 with 595 due at contract signing and the remainder due by 37 weeks.

This includes:

  • Interview
  • support via email & phone from moment of hiring
  • access to my lending library
  • 2 in-home prenatal info sessions:
    • 30w “The What”
    • 34w “The How” 
  • Pregnancy gift from New Mama Columbus
  • Help with birth plan
  • Back-up doula
  • Constant on-call support from 37 weeks on
  • Continuous support during labor & birth.
  • Labor + Birth Photography – up to 100 photos
  • Postpartum check-in by phone 24 hrs postpartum & 72 hours postpartum

Prenatal Doula:

I offer Pregnancy Mentoring which is ideal for mothers and couples in the first half of their pregnancy or couples who have decided they want to go through labor & birth as just a duo but want to be very prepared emotionally, spiritually, mentally, physically and informationally.

This entails my prenatal support as a doula and my information resource packets:

  • information about birth and birth choices giving you more of a background for what kinds of questions and conversations you want to have with your care provider.
  • questions that time and space don’t allow for at your provider’s office.
  • identify helpful literature and resources for your specific needs
  • examine your birth philosophies and preferences
  •  your fears and concerns
  • anything at all related to this new transition of life.

As a birth doula, I have become knowledgeable about the birth timeline, pregnancy culture, products and local birth community.  If you are looking for a service I don’t provide I will help point you in the right direction.

Mileage Fee:

One time mileage fee applicable for clients over 20 miles from my home address. Applies to all packages

 

Discounts:

*Discounted service fee offered to active duty military families, repeat clients and home birth families*

As a doula, I can ethically commit to only 1-4 families a month so my income is naturally limited and my service prices are firm. If you are in need of a lowered service fee, let me know. Let’s have a conversation about it. I can provide my bartering options or help direct you to a trusted doula operating at a lower fee. We will find a financial plan that works.
