Breastfeeding & Babyfeeding Support

I am a Certified Lactation Counselor through the Center for Breastfeeding and Healthy Children Project. I am available for in home counseling sessions pre or post birth. I am offering a low-cost private class for expectant mothers and couples to discuss establishing a successful breastfeeding relationship. I can offer informational and support services and put you in contact with trusted professionals if you need more in-depth support. 

• $85 – Private Prenatal Breastfeeding Class. Covers: what to do in the hospital and immediately after birth for a successful start, how to enhance and facilitate your baby’s natural breastfeeding abilities, learn about safe babyfeeding alternatives should you be separated from your baby, learn how atmosphere and procedures effect the breastfeeding relationship and how to manage. Learn partner participation and support skills.

• $85 – Private Postpartum Breastfeeding Support Session in your home. Breastfeeding is natural but it doesn’t always come naturally. I’m available for support and assistance to help establish a babyfeeding relationship that is satisfying and enjoyable for both mom and baby. Together we’ll discuss your concerns, options and set a plan for which I will provide follow-up support.

•  $165 – Prenatal & Postpartum Support Package: includes the private prenatal breastfeeding class, 24 hr breastfeeding check-in by phone postpartum and an in-home postpartum visit 3-5 days after birth.
