Elaine provided excellent postpartum care for our family after the birth of our first son. Before birth, we had a planning session that helped us understand what to expect postpartum, answer questions, and to set goals for ourselves and for our time with Elaine. After birth offered compassionate support and knowledgable advice during a difficult first few days of breastfeeding. She put our family at ease during a stressful time and set me up for breastfeeding success. Elaine also supported our family with infant care, enabling us to rest, and with household chores, so we could bond with our new baby. She was also available by phone or text for questions, which was incredibly helpful for this new mom! Her guidance was priceless, her approach was gentle, and her influence was calming – all of which I really needed in the first few weeks postpartum.
